I was at the Cairns Show on Friday, and around lunchtime, I stood out the front of one of the food businesses, and their menu was so confusing I didn't bother ordering anything, even though I was hungry.
WHY?
Because a confused mind says no.... every time.
So when you're explaining a treatment plan to a patient, keep it simple.
Do not give them multiple treatment options; otherwise...a confused mind says no.
