What Seattle Businesses Get Right


Seattle is an incredible city, but what really stood out to me on my recent trip wasn’t just the food or the waterfront views; it was the way certain businesses stopped people in their tracks.

In this video, I walk you through a handful of standout operators at Pike Place Market: Beecher’s Handmade Cheese with its behind-the-glass cheese-making theatre, the iconic Pike Place Fish Market and their famous flying fish, Bonnie B’s pickled preserves with irresistible free samples, and Hellenika Cultured Creamery, where Greek yoghurt and ice-cream-style creations churn right in front of you.

These businesses don’t just sell a product; they show the process, and because of that, customers line up, pull out their phones, and share the experience with the world.
