Would You Take the Job Your Offering?


In this short video, I ask a simple question that solves a complex hiring problem: Would you work for you?

Most podiatry job ads oversell. They mention “covering all aspects of podiatry” when the role is realistically 95% routine care, home visits, or nursing homes. Be honest about the mix (MSK, routine, home visits), the pay, and if travel is involved, then ask yourself if you would accept it. 

If not, fix what repels you and keep what attracts you. When your role is genuinely appealing to you, you’ll attract clinicians with a similar mindset and values.
