Most people know the health benefits of regular walking for exercise, such as decreasing blood pressure, boosting metabolism, and improving overall heart health. In this video, I discuss the importance of pausing from work to incorporate a simple 10-minute walk into your daily life. A 10-minute walk at a casual pace may not have all the health benefits mentioned above. However, walking, even slowly, can decrease stress, improve mood, and reduce cravings, which can help with weight management, and getting up from your desk can also alleviate back pain. Incorporating this habit into your daily life should be a priority.
